Former Bigg Boss 7 contestant and actor Ajaz Khan has landed in the middle of fresh controversy online. A young female content creator from Noida, named Niyati, has publicly accused the actor of inappropriately sliding into her Instagram direct messages (DMs) to solicit a private meetup.
Taking to her social media account, the digital creator posted an expository video featuring screenshots of the alleged private exchange, sparking an immediate firestorm across entertainment and influencer circles.
Here is a complete breakdown of the claims, the alleged conversation, and the creator’s reaction to the encounter.
The Viral Expose: How The Conversation Unfolded
According to the details shared by Niyati in her viral video, the conversation began with Ajaz Khan initiating contact on Instagram. The verified actor reportedly reached out asking where she was located.
When she replied stating that she is based out of the Delhi/Noida region, Ajaz allegedly followed up by sharing his contact number and asking if she would be interested in meeting in person. The actor reportedly suggested they could “catch up” over “coffee or wine” during his visit to Delhi.
Taken aback by the direct and familiar overture from a public figure with whom she had no prior professional or personal relationship, the creator decided to record the chat and share it publicly on her timeline.
“Disgusting Behavior”: Creator Calls Out Verified Power Dynamics
In the video statement accompanying the screenshots and screen-recordings, Niyati expressed deep discomfort over the unsolicited approach, calling it “disgusting.”
She raised broader concerns regarding how verified public figures and entertainment industry personalities potentially leverage their celebrity status, verified badges, and follower counts to reach out privately to young women online. Niyati stated that her primary motivation for sharing the exchange was to alert other young female creators and audiences about such advances.
The video rapidly gained traction on Instagram and Reddit, triggering a fierce debate among netizens regarding online boundaries, influencer safety, and celebrity conduct on social platforms.
Ajaz Khan Remains Silent Amid Growing Backlash
This is not the first time Ajaz Khan has found himself in the headlines for off-screen controversies. The actor, who rose to widespread fame during his tumultuous stint on Bigg Boss 7, has previously faced legal scrutiny and public rows over various issues.
